Talent Acquisition Specialist 

100% Remote | Reports to the VP of HR | Full time

The Role

We are searching for an experienced ecommerce Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us expand our team. We are on a mission to hire the best of the best to create the global destination for all Swimmers and Yogis. 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will define, design and implement recruiting strategies and search engagements for our technical and leadership roles. The best candidate will have sharp retail B2C ecommerce and technical business acumen and will be exceptional at quality and relevant candidate generation. This role partners closely and collaboratively with Retail Leadership and hiring managers to better understand their team and their immediate and long-term staffing requirements. 

What you will do

  • Define, design and manage search engagements for a variety of technical and leadership roles to attract and retain the best and brightest talent who can quickly contribute to our mission and achieve results
  • Recommend recruitment strategies that will contribute to long range growth of the company and implement new processes for recruiting that deliver high quality results
  • Recruit both active and passive candidates; develop trust based relationships and sophisticated closing strategies that focus on cultural and skills fit and motivation to be part of our diverse and talented team
  • Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches while not compromising quality 
  • Manage multi channel job postings, interview schedules and job offer communication
  • Conduct thoughtful and sophisticated candidate interviews designed to explore experience and gain insights into how well they may perform in the role and assess how smoothly they would integrate into the organization
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional partners (HR, IT and hiring teams) for successful onboarding
  • Over communicate with leadership and hiring managers regarding market rates, interview schedules and candidate status updates
  • Provide recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and weekly recruiting data reports
  • Develop and deliver best practices interviewing training for hiring managers

You have

  • 3+ years of e-commerce retail B2C recruiting experience
  • 3+ years experience recruiting for both technical and leadership roles
  • Proven track record sourcing both passive and active candidates with creative multi channel sourcing
  • Excellent time management, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
